Credit Score, They will be able to own an asset. If they were just renting a home then they were absolutely throwing their monthly payments away. Why not just buy a home or over time its value will increase or they were working their way towards owing an asset.

Credit Score, Three to six months after following steps one and two, pull your credit report and verify that these accounts are showing up and you have a score. Once you do you are on track to establishing impeccable credit.
